I’m a busy working stay at home mom of two who’s been breastfeeding for 5 years now and counting and focuses on protein and fiber. 

For breakfast I usually have scrambled eggs because it’s fast. Today I had a side of almond flour pancakes, bacon and mango πŸ₯­. For lunch I whipped up a creamy Dijon salad dressing for an easy salad with homemade crispy chicken fingers.

Dinner I was inspired by a salmon recipe from @pinchofyum it was a cabbage slaw salad, baked salmon and I cooked up some coconut lime rice on the side (with sneaky cauliflower rice). 

I find when I eat satisfying full meals rich in protein and fiber I have less sugar cravings and late night munchies πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Breakfast use to be the hardest meal of the day for us but now that the kids will eat eggs it’s given me more options! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
