A healthier spin on Starbucks’ spinach feta egg wrap, made right in the comfort of your own home. Filling, satisfying and ready in 5 minutes!
If you’re familiar with Starbucks’ Spinach and Feta Breakfast Wrap, then you are going to love this recipe. Not only is it homemade and super simple to make, it’s way more delicious. I know this, because I did my research. And by research, I literally went to Starbucks, bought their wrap and compared my version to theirs. Now, I’m not trying to brag, but half the Healthnut Team tried both, and everyone LOVED my version better. YES!!!!
This is one of those recipes that seems complicated to make, but is actually pretty simple. Once you have all the ingredients, it’s as easy as making an omelette! I know that there are several ways to make a breakfast wrap, but this is how I like to make mine. I start off by cooking the eggs and peppers first, just like I would if I was making an omelette. My tip for cooking it faster is to put a lid on top of the skillet. Once the eggs have cooked for a couple of minutes, I add a handful of spinach (cuz your girl loves her greens) and a little feta on top. Then, I fold the omelette in a half moon shape, cover and cook another minute. Next, carefully transfer the omelette on top of the tortilla and wrap it up burrito style. You’re almost there!! Transfer the breakfast wrap on to a hot skillet and brown on each side to get it nice and toasty! And voilà, you got yourself a tasty breakfast wrap! Now wasn’t that easy?
Yes, you can! This is the best part about this recipe…besides the deliciousness. You can make as many wraps as you like, just keep a few tips in mind!
