Summerโ€™s just around the corner, which means Iโ€™m pulling out my moulds and making some homemade popsicle recipes to keep me cool all season long! Who else craves a cold and refreshing popsicle in the summerโ€™s heat?

If youโ€™ve seen some of my recent What I Eat In Day videos on the channel, youโ€™ll know that I have been loving all the citrus fruits this season! The combination of the coconut cream and zesty orange has me drooling just thinking about it.
