Sweet and Creamy Orange Creamsicles that are healthy, refreshing and made with simple ingredients like orange juice, coconut milk, maple syrup, greek yogurt, turmeric and vanilla extract. Reminiscent of childhood and the perfect summer treat!
Summer’s just around the corner, which means I’m pulling out my moulds and making some homemade popsicle recipes to keep me cool all season long! Who else craves a cold and refreshing popsicle in the summer’s heat?
If you’ve seen some of my recent What I Eat In Day videos on the channel, you’ll know that I have been loving all the citrus fruits this season! I seriously can’t get enough, so naturally, I was inspired to create orange creamsicles to kick off popsicle making season! The combination of the coconut cream and zesty orange has me drooling just thinking about it.
Now, we all know that conventional popsicles are filled with refined sugar, artificial flavours, colours and a bunch of other stuff that we don’t need. But what if I told you I have re-created a version that is super EASY, delicious, homemade and HealthNut approved?
This healthy take on orange creamsicles are way better than the store-bought version and uses 100% Florida Orange Juice as the base. I partnered with Florida Department of Citrus to create these creamy and dreamy treats, and I’m so happy with how they turned out! Using 100% Orange Juice as the base not only adds nutritional value to your homemade popsicles, but it’s the perfect option if you’re pressed for time, or are making a big batch of pops and don’t feel like squeezing oranges my hand haha. They taste fresh and delicious and are packed full of Vitamin C, Folate, Potassium and contains NO added refined sugars! I just know this is a recipe that you and the whole family are going to love to keep you cool all summer long.
Homemade anything can always feel intimidating compared to the convenience of store-bought, but trust me when I say these healthy orange creamsicles are incredibly easy and fool-proof. All you need is a blender, a few simple ingredients and a popsicle mould to do the trick. The only hard part is waiting for them to freeze before you can eat them! If you love orange and coconut together then you will absolutely LOVE these creamy and refreshing ice cream popsicles. You can find the exact popsicle mould I used here so you can get started making and enjoying your own homemade ice cream pops!

Is there another option over coconut milk? Not a fan and one family member is allergic to coconut.
