Banana Bread Mug Cake | No Bake Vegan Breakfast Idea

This healthy vegan banana bread mug cake is the perfect no bake option for a quick breakfast on the go or as a mid day snack, you pick. Even if your dorm does have an oven lets face it you don’t really have time nor want to spend hours in the kitchen cooking/baking when you could be either studying or hanging out with your friends. I’ve been asked numerous times to create some dorm friendly no bake/cook recipes for students living in residents – so this is for you!

This healthy vegan banana bread mug cake is the perfect no bake option for a quick breakfast on the go or as a mid day snack, you pick. These banana bread mug cakes literally take minutes to make and are super moist (I know people hate that word.. I’m sorry but they are!) and a much healthier option than most traditional banana breads.

I like whipping one of these up when I’m feeling like a sweet treat Ill add some chocolate chips in it or if it’s for breakfast I’ll opt for berries or walnuts. But no one says you can’t have chocolate for breakfast.

  1. Love your recipe ideas, but would really like to know the nutritional information for them. Please please please work on adding this in!

    • Thank you! I believe there are apps or sites where you can just enter in the ingredients and it will tell you per serving what the nutritional information is. I will keep note of your request though and maybe think of implementing it in the future 🙂

    • What are you taking in school? ps. I also just uploaded a new dorm friendly video on my channel 🙂
