In-person midwife appointment with Oakley 🥺

Here are the updates 👩🏼‍🍼:

👶🏼 Lots of check in on how my uterus is and how its healing
👶🏼 Lots of check in’s on moms mental health and how im doing postpartum (im doing great so far)
👶🏼 Oakley is 8.7lbs 👶🏼 Eye boogers (aka clogged tear sucks) are normal and use breast milk to clean it out
👶🏼 Oakley is gulping down breastmilk and gaining weight
👶🏼 I can go on walks but just be cautious about how I am feeling after
👶🏼 We got the go-ahead to take Oakley outside in the winter but he will be nice and bundled

I cant believe its already been over a month with baby Oakley 💕

HEALTHIER RICE KRISPIE SQUARES

The easiest birthday treat for littles 😉

INGREDIENTS:

¼ cup unsalted grass-fed butter
6 cups of puffed brown rice cereal (I used @naturespathorganic )
4 cups of marshmallows I love these ones from @mydandies
1 tsp vanilla extract
For a birthday twist add a sprinkle of @watkins.1868 natural dye sprinkles on top

Let them cool in the fridge overnight covered and cut up into squares 😋

You will love these, and so will your little ones 🎉

My body changed so much faster this time around then with my first pregnancy with Sagee…… second pregnancies am I right? 😅

Grateful for my body’s strength and power to grow and carry our little Oakley into this world and into our family🫶🏼🤰🏼
