Watermelon Lime & Mint Fruit Slushy
A simple tangy and sweet 3 ingredient Watermelon Lime and Mint Summer fruit slushy to keep you cool and refreshed all season long!

- 2 cups *fresh watermelon chunks
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
- 5 sprigs fresh mint
- Optional: 1 scoop of collagen powder you can buy the one I used here
In a high speed blender add in your fruit, collagen powder, ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Serve it straight away in a tall glass with a wide straw and enjoy!
