- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1 cup filtered water (if you want it thicker only do ½ cup)
- 1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 frozen ripe banana
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp unsulfured, blackstrap molasses
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- A pinch sea salt
