Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 ⁄3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 ⁄4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons tamari
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek chili paste or Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a small blender, combine the peanut butter, water, tamari, sambal oelek, sesame oil, and lemon juice. Blend for 10 seconds, or until smooth. Perfect for drizzling and dipping, enjoy!
