Spinach and Feta Egg Wrap

A healthier spin on Starbucks' spinach and feta egg wrap, made right in the comfort of your own home. Filling, satisfying and ready in 5 minutes!

  • 1 medium size whole wheat tortilla wrap
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup red pepper diced
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon goat feta cheese crumbled
  • pinch of salt and pepper


  • Heat a medium frying pan on medium-high heat. Spray with olive oil.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and add the peppers.
  • Pour the eggs and peppers in the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 2 ½ minutes.
  • Remove the lid and top with spinach and feta.  Fold in a half-moon shape, cover and cook for 1 minute.
  • Transfer the omelette on top of tortilla and wrap it up, burrito style.
  • Spray the pan with more oil, add the wrap, cook for 30 seconds, flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Serve while warm.
