Mango Berry Hemp Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 ½ unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Heart

Instructions

  • Throw all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a mason jar and enjoy.
