Marinated Grilled Salmon

  • 2 fillets of fresh atlantic salmon
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt and pepper
  • Juice from half a lemon


  • Pre-heat BBQ.
  • In a medium sized bowl, add salmon and top with all ingredients and set aside for 15-30 min to marinate.
  • Next, on a sheet of foil lay down the salmon onto the BBQ, pour remaining dressing and cook for 3-4 min per side.
