Three Bean Veggie Chili
Ingredients

Beans
your choice

large can
crushed tomatoes
2
red onions
chopped
3-4
cloves
garlic
minced

can
sliced mushrooms
1
tbsp
tomato paste
1
cup
water
2
tbsp
chili powder
1
tbsp
cumin
1
tbsp
crushed chili flakes
Sea salt and ground pepper
Instructions
In a large crock pot or deep pot on the stove begin adding in ingredients
Start with EVOO, garlic, onion, and tomato paste
Next add in crushed tomatoes, water, mushrooms and beans
Begin to add in spices while stirring the pot to mix everything together
Turn crock pot onto low temp for 4-6 hours
Notes
NOTE: If you’re using the stove top, bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for about an hour.
