Apple Pie Slow Cooker Oatmeal

Meal prepping is something I’m constantly trying to improve on and I often feel like breakfast is forgotten about. My Slow-Cooker Apple Pie Oatmeal has come to save the day or the week I should say.

  • Slow Cooker


  • 2 apples chopped
  • 1 cup Steel cut oats
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp  Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt


  • Sunflower seeds
  • Chopped apple
  • Cinnamon
  • Maple syrup


  • First, add the coconut oil to your crockpot and grease the inside of the pot. This helps the mixture from sticking to the pot.
  • Next add the steel cut oats and water into your crockpot.
  • Then add in the coconut milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond butter, chopped up apples, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, and sea salt.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours.
  • Sprinkle with chopped apples, cinnamon, sunflower seeds and maple syrup to serve!
