Red Pepper Miso Dressing
A creamy Asian inspired red salad dressing bursting with umami flavour from red pepper, miso, and tamari, blended up in 5 min!

Ingredients
- ½ red pepper chopped
- ½ cup raw cashews
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. tamari
- 1 tbsp. white miso paste
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- Sea salt & Black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a high speed blender (This is the one I use) add in all of the ingredients starting with the liquids and blend for 30-40 sec until smooth.
You can serve is right away or store in an airtight glass container in the fridge for 5 days.
