Fire Roasted Tomato Bisque

Ingredients

can
fire roasted diced tomatoes
28oz/798ml
1/2
cup
canned full fat coconut milk
2
tbsps
nutritional yeast
1
clove
garlic
chopped
1/2
tbsp
fresh basil
chopped
1/2
tbsp
fresh oregano
chopped
1/2
tsp
sea salt
1/4
tsp
ground black pepper
1/4-1/2
tsp
chilli flakes
(depending how much heat you like)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend on high for 15 to 20 seconds or until smooth.
Transfer to a large pot and heat over med-high heat for 5 to 8 minutes, until steaming. Serve with a drizzle of coconut milk and croutons. Enjoy!
