Peaches and Cream Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe peach chopped
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  • In a glass container add in all ingredients, shake and store in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning give it a good shake and enjoy.
