Simple Breakfast Muesli

This simple breakfast muesli is the perfect blend of oats, dried fruit, nuts and seeds for the ultimate breakfast in a jar to make overnight oats, cereal, or as a yogurt parfait topper! Made in 10 min with 6 ingredients and packed with protein, fibre and omega 3's to keep you going all morning long ;)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut chips
  • 1/2 cup dried raisins & cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix together all ingredients then trasnfer to a large glass mason jar with a lid and store in the pantry until ready to use.

Notes

Muesli can be store in an airtight container on the counter for 1-2 months.
