This easy 5 minute hummus recipe is so creamy smooth without the seed oils and it’s delish!😋 I’ve already started blending it up with different flavours like olives 🫒 and roasted peppers🌶️ and it was so yummy and my kids can’t get enough of it 🥰

INGREDIENTS
1 15oz can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
1/4 cup water (add more if needed to blend)
2 tablespoons tahini
1 lemon, juiced
1-2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
1. Add everything into a small high speed blender (you can use a food processor but it won’t be as creamy smooth)
2. Transfer to an air tight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
3. Enjoy right away with crackers, falafels, as a veggie dip , etc.

Maple glazed air fryer salmon, bone broth rice, spaghetti squash, toasted seaweed and grapes.

☑️WEDNESDAY
Crispy chicken cutlets, spaghetti squash, Mac and cheese bow tie pasta, kale salad (for Sage) and grapes.

☑️THURSDAY
Almond flour pancakes, Greek yogurt with honey, granola (banana for Oakley) and frozen cherries (for Sage).

☑️FRIDAY
Sushi takeout! Maki rolls, salmon sushi and edamame beans.

A creamy, refreshing treat made with just 3 simple ingredients and they think it’s ice cream 😉

🥭 MANGO SORBET
Ingredients:
• 2 cups frozen mango chunks (I buy the big bag from Costco)
• ¼ cup canned coconut milk (full fat)
• juice from 1/2 a lime 🍋‍🟩 

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy. You can use the tamper that comes with a @vitamix or make it in a food processor. 
That’s it! (Recipe doubles really well.)

I remember being so stressed out leading up to Sag I remember being so stressed out leading up to Sage turning one thinking I had to plan a date to stop our breastfeeding journey. Looking back I wish I could tell myself that I would end up breastfeeding for another 1.5 years and that there was no rush or need to end earlier just because of the outside worlds opinions.

This time around I rarely think about it because I don’t have any pressure to stop before we’re ready. This is OUR journey and not anyone else’s. There are so many benefits and honestly it makes life easier for us. 

A one year old baby is not too big to breastfeed so don’t ever let anyone tell you otherwise 🫶🏼
