I don’t drink coffee so instead I make this Iced I don’t drink coffee so instead I make this Iced Dirty Chai “Coffee” on the Rocks 🥛. I love making homemade cashew milk because you don’t need to strain, just blend and serve over your morning brew☕️😋….. or if you’re like me your herbal coffee 😉.

✨What You’ll Need✨

🌰 soaked cashews
🟤 medjool dates (pitted)
🍨 vanilla extract
🥣 cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger, allspice, salt
💧 water

Serve on ice + cooled strong brewed coffee or herbal coffee

Home-made blueberry pie baked by Sagey and I 🥧🥰

Last weekend we went blueberry picking as a family, and turned 4 pounds of blueberries into pancakes, banana bread, and now this beautiful home-made blueberry pie. 😋

Crust 🥧
3 cups organic unbleached all purpose flour (can also use light spelt)
1 cup chilled cubed, unsalted butter
1 tsp sea salt
6 tbsp ice water

Filling 🫐
6 cups fresh blueberries
2 tbsp arrowroot powder
2-3 tbsp coconut sugar
½ lemon juiced
2 tsp pure vanilla extract

*1 egg, beaten to use as an egg wash at the end of the crust before baking.

Bake in a preheated oven at 400F for 45-60 minutes until the filling is bubbly and the crust is golden.

It’s been so much fun getting Sage involved in the kitchen and having her bake with me. It’s truly something I was looking forward to for so long… minus the feet in the pie 🤣(I didn't even realize this until I rewatched the footage).

I start every day with a “herbal coffee” yes there’s no actual caffeine in it but I like to pretend 😅.

Today Matt and I decided to take Sage along with us to a morning Crossfit workout so we could both get a sweat…thanks to Shrek! 😉. We also visited Grandma and Papa and enjoyed some family time together 👨‍👩‍👧🐶The day ended with my new famous homemade pizza😋.

This has been my go to smoothie for longer than I can remember 😅, it is definitely one that I’ll never get bored of 🥤.

🥬 2 handfuls of greens
🥒 half a cucumber
🍌 half frozen banana
🥭 ½ cup frozen mango
🧄 ½ inch raw ginger
🌾 1 tbsp ground flax
🪵 ⅛ tsp cinnamon
🟤 1 tbsp almond butter
💪🏻 1 scoop protein powder
🟤 ¼ cup rolled oats (optional)
🥛 1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
Handful of ice cubes
