We docked out of the @thebayshoredistrict in Naples, Florida (such a cute area to stay in with everything walking distance). We’ve been saying we want to do a boat day with the kids for a while now and it was everything we imagined and more — dolphins jumping beside the boat, island hoping, and sunshine ☀️. One of the highlights of our trip down in Florida 🥰

What I eat in a day as a mom of two 🍋🥞🥓🥗🍣🍚 I’m a What I eat in a day as a mom of two 🍋🥞🥓🥗🍣🍚

I’m a busy working stay at home mom of two who’s been breastfeeding for 5 years now and counting and focuses on protein and fiber. 

For breakfast I usually have scrambled eggs because it’s fast. Today I had a side of almond flour pancakes, bacon and mango 🥭. For lunch I whipped up a creamy Dijon salad dressing for an easy salad with homemade crispy chicken fingers.

Dinner I was inspired by a salmon recipe from @pinchofyum it was a cabbage slaw salad, baked salmon and I cooked up some coconut lime rice on the side (with sneaky cauliflower rice). 

I find when I eat satisfying full meals rich in protein and fiber I have less sugar cravings and late night munchies 🙌🏼

Breakfast use to be the hardest meal of the day for us but now that the kids will eat eggs it’s given me more options! 🙌🏼
