3 Healthy Salad Dressing Recipes

3 healthy dairy free summer salad dressing recipes.
Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

Creamy Lemon Garlic Tahini Dressing

  • ¼ cup raw tahini
  • ½ cup water
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Blackberry Balsamic Dressing

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

Orange Basil + Mint Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 2 oranges juiced
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil thinly chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint thinly chopped
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

    Creamy Lemon Garlic Tahini Dressing

    • In a blender (I used a Vitamix) add in all the ingredients starting with the liquids first to help it blend easier. Blend until smooth,
    • Transfer to a glass jar to use straight away or store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.

    Blackberry Balsamic Dressing

    • In a medium sized bowl add in blackberries and muddle until all the berries are broken up and softly mashed.
    • Add all the ingredients into a glass jar, place the lid on the shake to mix everything up. Use straight away or store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.

    Orange Basil +Mint Vinaigrette Dressing

    • In a blender (I used a Vitamix) add in all the ingredients and pulse until herbs are speckled throughout but not completely pureed.
    • Use straight away or store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
