It’s the day after Thanksgiving and the whole family is off today! What better way to end a lovely fall long weekend then with a huge bowl of apple cinnamon oatmeal. We still have a HUGE bag of apples in the downstairs fridge from our apple picking trip a couple weeks ago and they need to be used up. I’ve been using apples in a lot of different recipes to use them all up. I’ve posted an oatmeal recipe before on my blog but figured a second one wouldn’t hurt 😉
