As you saw from my recent post I do love eating apples as a late night snack. But I also enjoy is as a low calorie dessert option and one that takes less than 5 min to prepare! I have a huge sweet tooth and when I need to satisfy that craving I try and opt for something on the healthier side. There is no reason to deprive yourself from sweets but you do need to have them in moderation and pick the best options when possible. If your at home then you have no excuse because you have a lot more options than if you were at a restaurant given the choices of either a creme brulee or cheesecake.
