A simple tangy and sweet 3 ingredient Watermelon Lime and Mint Summer fruit slushy to keep you cool and refreshed all season long!
I don’t know about you but when I think about Summer foods, watermelon always comes to mind. Its sweet, colourful and super hydrating all at the same time and perfect in todays fruit slushy recipe. Also, I just can’t get enough of lime and watermelon together.. its such a good combo I’ve honestly just been squeezing fresh lime on cut up watermelon all summer long and loving every minute of it.
So if you’re looking for a super easy, healthy and naturally sweetened hydrating drink this Summer then this is the perfect option. You can enjoy it straight as is or spike it with a little something if you’re feeling up to it 😉 No judgement here!

- 2 cups *fresh watermelon chunks
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
- 5 sprigs fresh mint
- Optional: 1 scoop of collagen powder, you can buy the one I used here
- In a high speed blender add in your fruit, collagen powder, ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- Serve it straight away in a tall glass with a wide straw and enjoy!
