Pineapple Cucumber Fruit Slushy

This skin hydrating & cooling Pineapple Cucumber Fruit Slushy is the perfect icy drink to sip on hot Summer days by the pool. 

There is nothing like perfectly ripe fresh pineapple blended up into a smoothie or fruit slushy. And if you’ve never had cucumber blended up into a drink its so refreshing and spa like I just love it. I not only think its a great addition to a icy fruit slushy but also quite often add it to my morning smoothies for some extra greens and skin loving vitamins and hydration.

This simple Summer Pineapple and Cucumber slushy drink is not only naturally sweetened but its made with only 2 ingredients plus some ice cubes! I love EASY & SIMPLE Summer recipes like these that you can feel good about enjoying and won’t take you all day in the kitchen or hours waiting to enjoy. Pineapple Cucumber Fruit Slushy

This skin hydrating & cooling slushy with fresh pineapple and cucumber is the perfect icy drink to sip on hot Summer days by the pool.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chopped
  • 1 cup english cucumber chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 scoop of collagen powder you can buy the one I used here

Instructions:

  • In a high speed blender add in your fruit, collagen powder, ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  • Serve it straight away in a tall glass with a wide straw and enjoy!
