I created this lovely salad dressing one night while making dinner for Mr. Matt one night. I am really impressed with how it turned out! After I made it, I immediately tried to remember everything I added into the blender. Like many salad dressings I create, I am usually just throwing ingredients from the fridge together in my blender. And sometimes, magic happens! This red pepper miso dressing is dairy-free, and refined sugar-free. I recommend prepping it ahead of time and keeping a jar in the fridge for healthy salads throughout the week!

A salad is only as good as its dressing! It’s a shame to make a delicious healthy salad, only to put store-bought dressing on top. I was inspired to share this delicious salad dressing recipe because so many of you #healthnuts have been asking for easy homemade salad dressing recipes.

I love the fresh Asian flavours this salad dressing has from the miso paste, tamari, green onion and red pepper. Drizzle this delicious salad dressing over a crunchy green salad, noodle Buddha bowl or even on some pan-fried salmon. Are you drooling yet?!

If you’d like to make some other equally delicious salad dressing recipes I also have some here, here and here!
